Zazen (sitting meditation) begins at 8:00 AM, each Sunday morning.
It is best to arrive a few minutes early.
Try to maintain quiet before the sitting unless you are new and need instruction.
The "Densho" bell will begin to sound at 8:00 AM and we should be
on our cushions and settling in at that time.
If you must arrive late, try to quietly enter the Zendo and take a cushion
without disturbing others.
If you are new to zazen, just follow the person next to you.

8-8:10 Densho bell sequence (time for settling in)
8:10-8:35 Sit (sit facing inwards)
8:35-8:40 Kinhin (walking meditation)
8:40-9:10 Sutra Chanting Service
9:10-9:15 Kinhin
9:15-9:40 Sit (Sit facing the wall)
